Another long day of training…sitting in chairs listening to
lectures. I’m thankful that I was able
to get outside for two brisk walks today—one in the morning with a small group
after breakfast and another quick walk in the afternoon during a break. It was so good to get outside for some fresh
air to break things up today. For our
walk this morning, we ended up at a park.
It was beautiful! That’s where I’m
running the next time I have an opportunity.
On our training days, we have the opportunity to spend time with the
other team here (Woodbridge). They are
the smaller team of 8-9 people. It’s fun
to hear about their cultures and how they have become Christians.
We were served a Korean dinner—delicious! After dinner, we spent some time praying for
countries all over the world. It was a
beautiful time of worship and prayer together.
My heart is heavy for the many persecuted Christians around the world,
and for all of those who don’t know Christ yet.
Tomorrow is our FREE day! We are
super excited to have a day to continue to explore London. Part of our time will be spent at the British
Museum for the tour given by Jay. But,
other than that, we are on our own.
There is a small group of about 6 of us trying to plan our day. We may end up back at some of the sites Bryce
and I have already seen, but that’s okay.
Maybe it will be during daylight this time.
This week has been intense and exhausting. Thanks for all of your prayers!
